Description

CPM are recruiting sales agents to support and drive sales and increase product range for our client Pepsico, we will be visiting over 5000 nominated outlets nationwide

Our Sales agents will be interacting with decision makers to promote and sell Pepsico products visiting on-trade independent outlets. You will meet with the decision makers face-to-face which allows you to showcase your personalities and add value to the client`s products when completing transfer orders

Role:

  • Attend face to face training
  • Collect POS from briefing (small amount of pens, beer mats and tent cards)
  • You will be required to visit a minimum of 12 outlets per day
  • Drive sales of Walker Crisps core flavours, Deli flavours and snacks
  • Complete transfer order forms which will be passed to the fulfilments team to complete the delivery
  • Increase sales and providing POS kits to support outlets
  • Complete online reporting on TRF- you will require an Android or Apple smart device to complete this.

Ideal Candidates will have proven experience in:

  • Selling into independent on trade outlets
  • Money reconciliation / Transfer orders
  • Planning an organising your time efficiently

Working details:

Start date – day after attending training

Working 5 days a week between Monday – Saturday (ideally Tuesday to Saturdays)

5.5 days to be worked (calls to be front loaded as much a possible)

Briefing dates:

Face to face training - to be arranged with Team Manager

Remuneration:

  • Pay Rate – £70 per day
  • Completion bonus £5 per day
  • Incentive - On target bonus (details to be given at the briefing)
  • Mileage – 28p per mile
