Description

CPM is the UK’s largest field marketing company, we are currently recruiting a Sales and Merchandising team to help gain space & drive sales for our client Lotus biscuits by visiting Grocery stores in your area. 

Working details:

Briefing: 21st April10am – 4pm Manchester (Venue TBC)

Working dates: 24th April until 26th May 2017, working Monday to Friday 5 days a week (6 calls per day, 22 days per activity) 

Remuneration:

Pay rate: £80 per day

Mileage: 28p per mile

Plus additional non-monetary prizes running throughout the campaign

SK1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 14, 15, 16, 23

Role:

Attend face to face training

Visit nominated grocery stores each week gaining cooperation in store to site FSDU’s on first visit and then on repeat visits gaining additional space and organise stock orders.

Complete 6 calls per day

Take delivery of up to 35 FSDU’s & free sample stock to your home address

Complete online reporting daily on TRF (Tactical Retail Force) - you will require an Android or Apple smart device to complete this. 

Skills required:

Previous sales experience or experience of working in Grocery retailers

Previous merchandising experience

Great influencing and relationship building skills 

We will support you by giving you a 1 day paid product training seminar (which allows new sales representatives the opportunity to meet our client, fully immerse themselves into the brand and share tips and advice on how to successfully sell into your retailers). You will also have a dedicated Team Manager who will give regular guidance and mentoring to ensure your individual success. 

Whilst we are busy in stores Lotus biscuits will be running regional TV campaign advertising their products to enhance brand awareness and drives sales.
