TERRITORY DETAILS - Blackburn, Bolton, Chester, Crewe, Liverpool, Llandudno, Manchester, Oldham, Stockport, Warrington and Wigan 

REMUNERATION - £24,000 per annum probationary rate, rising to £25,250 plus 10% bonus + company car (salary dependent on experience)

WORKING HOURS - Working hours will be 37.5 hours a week with some early mornings and occasional weekend work

If yes... you could be an ideal person to join CPM's fantastic new permanent opportunity with DeWALT, Stanley and Black & Decker, where you would be focused on working with Trade Counters and the professional power tool customers. 

We are currently looking to recruit Retail Development Executives that are: 

  • Strong communicators, with the ability influence and build strong relationships with your customers, store contacts and industry specialists
  • Motivated and driven with a desire to achieve sales targets
  • Enthusiastic, with a flair for new ideas
  • Have a keen interest in professional power tools and DIY, possibly with a trade background themselves  

The role is 50% merchandising, 30% demonstrating & trade events and 20% direct sales.  

You will need to combine your product knowledge with relationship building, sales skills and merchandising. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work at exhibitions and county shows. You will also be required to work approximately two early mornings, setting up stands at builder’s merchants to demonstrate and sell our product ranges to the building trade.
