Business Development Manager
(Permanent, Full-time)
What will you be doing?
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be representing one of the most well-known names in the Financial Services industry.
As a Business Development Manager you will work closely with our client, selling financial products on their behalf to intermediaries such as mortgage brokers and financial advisors.

All About The Role
You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing advisors within your area and the day-to-day sales account management of specific intermediaries. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business and long-term strategies.
- Identify, develop and maintain a network of appropriate contacts including new business acquisition.
- Promote and sell product range.
All About You
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in business development and sales. Financial services experience is also an advantage. In addition, you should:
- Possess excellent presentation and organisational skills.
- Be motivated by sales targets.
- Have a passion for selling.
- Have a proven track record within a business to business environment.
- Be resilient, not fazed by initial rejections and able to overcome setbacks.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
