CPM have a current vacancy for an inspirational Regional Field Manager for our Diageo on trade team
£31,500 + bonus of up to £ 1,500 per annum + company car
Position available in the following location: South UK

We are looking for an experienced field manager who really inspires people and teams to build outstanding relationships that unlock joint value.
What would I be doing?
- Leading a team of Activation & Sales Specialists, covering an entire region, calling into on trade outlets promoting Diageo’s iconic and emerging drinks & spirit brands, including Smirnoff, Guinness and Gordons.
- Building and nurturing a strong bond across your team, fostering the sharing of best practice to ensure the team delivers against all sales and activation targets
- Training, coaching and inspiring your team to ensure the best return for every outlet and Diageo, achieving strategic growth through the team managing their call file and customers effectively
- Constantly driving your team to find new and innovative opportunities to ensure maximum visibility and rate of sale in every outlet, reviewing, evaluating and amending to achieve plan
- Partnering with an overall team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy, leveraging brand activation budgets, point of sale material, digital programming & social media channels.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the CPM & Diageo business, creating solutions for your team to drive greater success
